Anandmurti Gurumaa

An innocent girl child wrote poems to the almighty. The poems conveyed her love and devotion to God as a friend and as a devotee. Those were her innocent offerings. In the convent school she studied, she was the favorite of the missionaries. Her curiousness in spiritual matters and her extraordinary insights made her different from the kids of her age. This little girl grew up to become a messenger of love, a symbol of humanity and a paragon of spirituality. Her Holiness Anandmurti Gurumaa is a name synonymous to purity. Gurumaa was born as Gurpreet Kaur Grover 0n 8th April 1966 in Amritsar, Punjab. She is an art graduate who has mastered the art of life.  At the age of 15, she went on a pilgrimage on her own. Since then she traveled a lot, and during one such journey, she met Sri Sant Delawar Singh, an enlightened being. He gave her the Diksha and a new name; Anandmurti Gurumaa. Her hermitage, renowned as the Rishi Chaitanya Ashram is home for seekers from across the globe. They justify that Gurumaa’s presence is enough to help you unwind. Anandmurti Gurumaa has also penned numerous books on spirituality and various other topics. Her presence at the International Festival of Yogic Heritage will make the event a memorable one.
